Customers collecting an order in person may inspect the product before payment where applicable.

Discreet Delivery

Eligible products are shipped in neutral packaging without Spy-Supply branding or the product name on the outside. Availability of shipping depends on the product. Large furniture is pickup only unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

Return conditions depend on the product and order type. Contact Spy-Supply before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable.

Spy-Supply provides a 12-month warranty on products sold through the website, subject to the applicable warranty conditions. The warranty covers defects that fall within the warranty terms and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification or normal wear where applicable.
